After more than 10 years of development, the technology for controlling transformers has become mature. It is the main electrical component in equipment such as CNC lathes, milling machines, and machining centers, with characteristics such as small volume and large capacity. Widely used in various machine tools, such as lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, etc., it is also widely used in industries such as metallurgy and chemical engineering.
Control transformers are indispensable transformer power sources in mechanical equipment such as machine tools. Its main function is to serve as a power source for the electrical circuit control part and to control lighting and indicator lights. Its reliable operation is related to the stable operation of mechanical equipment. Once damaged, it can cause power outages and affect normal production.
The control transformer controls the electrical circuit by changing the voltage, and its main functions include isolation, voltage change, and anti-interference. In principle, it is no different from ordinary transformers and works by changing the ratio of coil turns to increase/decrease voltage.
In these cases, it is possible to consider using a control transformer as the power supply:
